range of digital marketing services for small to medium-sized businesses.

We are seeking a talented and skilled full-time media buyer to join our creative team. The ideal

maximum performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with the company's marketing

goals and target audience.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer

insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, budget

allocations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate media inventory, pricing, and placement opportunities to maximize campaign

reach and effectiveness.
- Develop media plans that outline the allocation of budget, timing, and creative assets

across different channels.
- Execute media buys according to approved plans while ensuring adherence to budget

constraints and performance targets.
- Monitor media buys closely to optimize performance in real-time, adjusting strategies as

needed to improve ROI and reach objectives.
- Implement tracking mechanisms to measure and analyze the performance of media

campaigns against KPIs.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for

improvement.
- Optimize media buys through A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative iteration,

and other tactics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and

partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to inform

media buying strategies and partnerships.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance,

insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to extract actionable insights and make data
- driven decisions.
- Continuously assess and refine media buying strategies based on performance feedback

and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in media buying, preferably within an advertising agency or marketing

department.
- Strong understanding of media planning principles, including audience targeting, reach

frequency, and media buying metrics.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to secure favorable terms and added

value from media vendors.
- Proficiency in using media planning and buying tools/software (e.g., Nielsen, comScore, Google

Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects

simultaneously.
- A passion for staying abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices in media buying

and advertising.
