**Job Overview**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Fine-tune GPT models to tailor them to specific use-cases in the Ad Operations domain.
- Implement robust testing frameworks and follow test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of language models.
- Work with deployment tools and platforms such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker to ensure the scalability and performance of the LLM-based products.
- Develop monitoring systems to track the performance and health of the models in production.
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine and optimize models and data pipelines.
- Ensure data compliance and security standards are met.
- Document processes, systems, and models developed, and communicate them effectively across teams.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of **4 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with specific experience in large language models like GPT.**:

- Familiarity with Ad Operations and understanding of the publisher ecosystem.
- Proficiency in API design and development.
- Hands-on experience with test-driven development (TDD) practices and tools.
- Proficient in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with deployment and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience with MLOps tools and platforms, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker.
- Strong understanding of data compliance and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with ad technologies such as header bidding, ad servers, or programmatic advertising.
