**Homzmart** is an end to end community that connects home professionals with homeowners who can browse home designs, furniture, accessories and products and also can find reviews, referring professionals, take advice from professionals and read articles about home improvement.

ML engineer will develop intelligent algorithms capable of learning, analyzing and predicting events and activities. His/her role is to use advanced techniques that will create efficiencies, predict behaviors and fulfill the overall needs of our customers.
Bring creative ideas for existing and future products/services.
- Develop technical metrics to help build high-quality search technologies.
- Develop core technologies required for search that can be scaled for various languages.
- Research the various techniques of different disciplines of Information Retrieval, Visual Information Retrieval, Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing, such as Text Mining, Classification, Information Extraction, Clustering, Feature Engineering, Topic Modeling, Ranking and Search Relevance
- Implement the required features using the team stack. e.g. Python, PHP, ElasticSearch, Docker, MySQL.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Very good communication skills.
- Excellent level of attention to details.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good level of English language.
**Minimum Experience**:

- 3 - 6 years of experience in the same field.
**Job-Specific Skills**:

- Good knowledge of Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision and Machine Learning
- Good knowledge of ML Frameworks (TenorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Gensim)
- Hands-on solid experience in Python and PHP (scripting and OOP).
- Solid experience with file streaming and frames operations (e.g. Pandas).
- Solid experience with API design and implementation (e.g. Flask).
- Solid experience with SQL using MySQL, and known ORM frameworks (e.g. SQLAlchemy).
- Solid experience with reading/writing JSON and XML files in Python.
- Good knowledge of Caching In Memory (e.g Redis)
- Good knowledge of Messages Queues (e.g RabbitMQ)
- Experience working with Search Engines or Search Relevance work is preferred.
- Experience working with Recommendation Systems is highly desirable.
- Solid experience with unit testing in Python is a plus (e.g. PyTest).
- Experience building a personalized, high scale product with a Lucene based search engine such as ElasticSearch or SOLR is a plus.
- Experience in building intelligent human-like chatbots is a plus.
- Experience in Content-Based Visual Information Retrieval is a plus
