BI Analyst

**Role Overview: Business Intelligence Analyst - Data Analytics & Reporting**:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a vital role in transforming operational and business data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across various levels of the organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards, generate data-driven reports, and develop KPIs and analytics to drive business performance and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities: BI Reporting, Data Analysis, and Visualization**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and standardized reports tailored to the needs of stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Work closely with business leaders and department heads to identify data requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Optimize existing BI infrastructure and suggest improvements for data modelling, collection, and automation of reporting processes.
- Conduct regular data quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business analytics and operational metrics.
- Provide training and support to users for Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and support continuous improvement initiatives through deep data analysis.

**Required Qualifications and Experience: BI, Data Analytics & Visualization Tools**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Experience in BI Tools (Incorta, Power BI, or Looker), advanced Microsoft Excel, and experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP).
- Solid understanding of database management, SQL queries, and data integration from multiple sources.
- Strong skills in data interpretation, number crunching, and presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent command of English for report writing, user training, and cross-department communication.

**Working Conditions: BI Analyst Role**:

- Location: Cairo, Egypt (hybrid working model)
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Sunday-Thursday)
