This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis to support business decision-making. This role partners closely with business leaders and finance teams to drive insights and optimize financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial results, compare against budgets/forecasts, and provide variance explanations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports including dashboards, KPIs, and financial summaries.
- Support senior management in strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather inputs and ensure accurate financial planning.
- Assist in scenario analysis, investment appraisals, and business case modeling.
- Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure alignment with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Support preparation for Board meetings and investor presentations.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
