The Senior Financial Analyst
role centers on leading SG&A budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cost governance, and strategic analysis, providing a solid career progression path within one of the world's most reputable multinational organizations.

Role: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Teleperformance sites

Contract: Full-time

Department: Finance

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead SG&A budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

* Monitor actuals vs. budget, identifying risks and opportunities

* Partner with department leads to drive cost discipline and financial transparency

* Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance reports

* Support monthly/quarterly/annual budgeting cycles

* Validate SG&A accruals and cost allocations for month-end close

* Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and trend analyses

* Contribute to continuous improvement and financial governance initiatives

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

* 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, audit, or business planning

* Strong understanding of P&L structure and SG&A cost components

* Advanced MS Excel + experience with BI tools or financial systems

* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

* English level: B2+
