**Job Description**:
Infroma Markets Egypt is seeking a competent Account Manager to be based in Cairo, Egypt.
An account manager’s main role is to grow the event’s sales & sponsorship for a physical event through reaching out to key players in the industry, building long-term and strong relationships and ensuring satisfying & impressive experience throughout the clients’ journey.
**Principal Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Proactively pursue new business and sales/sponsorship opportunities
- Understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way
- Provide forecasting for sales volume on monthly and quarterly basis and ensure to build a strong sales pipeline toward achieving the project's target
- Meet and exceed KPIs
- Plan to ensure achievement of project and individual target
- Build and maintaining strong & long-term client relations
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
- Communicate and work effectively with internal departments to successfully deliver the project and to ensure that clients are experiencing positive client-company relationships.
- Handling any client complaints and solve clients’ problems by understanding their concerns and/or needs and developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline and actual sales
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications/Skills/Experience**:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Excellent sales & negotiation skills
- Exhibition’s sales background is preferable
- Proven account management skills to maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Detail oriented, organized, and related experience in providing impressive customer experience
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues clients may be facing
- Upbeat and positive personality, highly motivated to succeed, goal oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
- Initiative, and team player who can liaise with different departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the project.
- Optimistic attitude handles stressful situations and knows how to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
