Evershare is a leading UK-based news, events, and online community offering a
wide range of digital marketing services for small to medium-sized businesses.
We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated, experienced Account Manager to join our
dynamic team. This individual will develop new business opportunities and oversee our
clients' marketing and social media accounts.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to
amongst others drive new business and profit expansion.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders
and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer
needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and
external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
to meet sales quotas
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the implementation of client
projects and ensure timely delivery
- Send daily updates and the Scheduling plan one of his responsibilities to the
head and must set a logic number of posts per day
- Respond to the client in speedy way is a must.
- click up task to the team with the requests as soon as we have the request
- once a client make a complain the CEO must now immediately
- Must have creativity way for solve problems
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
- Has the flexibility to learn and understand positive and negative comments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High level of team effectiveness with the ability to contribute to cross functional
groups involving, Marketing
