You will be working as a Building Automation Sales Engineer and will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Smart Buildings Division based in New Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to System Integrators Sales Manager and will be responsible for sales of BMS, KNX and CBS (Central Battery System) within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop a sales forecast and achieve the yearly budget for the BMS, KNX & CBS (Central Battery System) and improve go to market strategy through strong network of system Integrators with Solution approach for BMS, KNX & CBS, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer need, promote customer understanding of full BMS, KNX & CBS offering, and align to provide solutions combining Building Automation with Energy distribution.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Prepare sales plans using company tools, perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
- Create added value for the customer and ABB and ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
- Communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions). Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in BMS, KNX & CBS market and ensure knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration. Provide pre-sales technical assistance, ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.

**Your background**:

- Electrical, Mechatronic or Mechanical engineering degree.
- minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent understanding of BMS & KNX.
- Technical Sales Background in BMS & KNX is and added value
- very good level of presentation skills.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English & Arabic languages is a must.
