**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes within the team.
- Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high levels of quality across the codebase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development and promote their use in the team.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Proficiency in version control tools, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
