As a **Talent Management Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, fostering a culture of development, and aligning talent management strategies with business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement talent management strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Lead the performance management process, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and effectively supports employee development.
- Oversee training and development programs, identifying learning needs and creating opportunities for professional growth.
- Develop succession planning and career development plans to prepare current employees for future roles.
- Collaborate with managers and leaders to identify high-potential employees and establish development plans.
- Implement employee feedback processes and utilize data to inform talent management strategies.
- Drive initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the talent management framework.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent management or related HR roles.
- Minimium of 3 years experience in managing a team.
- Strong understanding of talent management best practices and methodologies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing employee development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
