- Analyze research data and provide actionable recommendations to improve product design and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and developers to incorporate user insights into product development
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts to guide product design
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX research

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing for digital products
- Proficiency in research methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and user observation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret research data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and advocate for user-centric design decisions
- Experience with UX design tools such as wireframing and prototyping software is a plus
