UX Writer

We are looking for a UX Writer to join our design team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - from product design to marketing.

Along the way, you'll help shape Lucidya's voice and enhance user experience by increasing usability and ease of use across our features. you'll be working with cross-functional teams to create the words that guide Lucidya's product experiences; Create, maintain, and implement language consistency throughout the product; communicate features and benefits in ways that resonate with our users and help them understand our products; write everything the user experience requires, including navigation items, button labels, tooltips, headlines, intro copy, error messages, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Partner closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to craft intuitive user experiences and communications.
- Develop scalable UX writing guidelines, processes, best practices, and standards.
- Use research to understand and be a voice for the customer.
- Conduct content audits of existing content to identify areas of potential improvement.
- Create simple, useful, and engaging content to make the end product easier to use for customers through meaningful text, improved terminology, and concise definitions.
- Write user interface text that facilitates navigation, onboarding, notifications, error messages, warnings, instructions, help content, form field labels and hints, and other components of the end-to-end user experience.
- Help in defining products and feature names.
- Design and implement the specifics of a tone-of-voice for our in-product copy and ensure cohesive product narratives.
- Advocate for accessibility and write text that works for everyone.
- Work closely with the Localization team to write the text that also works for international & local audiences.
