**UI/UX Designer (Remote Full-Time Job)**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Teams**: Work closely with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- **Design User Interface Elements**: Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- **Create Original Graphic Designs**: Produce high-quality graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables) that align with brand guidelines.
- **Conduct User Research and Evaluations**: Conduct user research, evaluate user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
- **Develop User Flow Diagrams and Wireframes**: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- **Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends**: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.
- **Present and Defend Designs**: Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- **Proficiency in Design Tools**: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- **Understanding of HTML/CSS**: Good understanding of HTML/CSS.
- **Team Spirit**: Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with usability testing and A/B testing.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Knowledge of design systems and how to build them.
