About the job

Roles and responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-centric designs.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Create visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience and meet the company's brand guidelines.
- Ensure that all designs are accessible, adhering to industry best practices and standards, and considering users with disabilities.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, maintaining design integrity throughout the development process.
- Collaborate on logo designs that align with the company's brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design, accessibility, and logo design.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of at least three years working as a UI/UX Developer, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma, and familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with a focus on accessibility and inclusive design.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.
- Nice to have good knowledge of WordPress and Drupal, but it's not required.
- Experience in logo design, demonstrating a creative and strategic approach to branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders(mostly English Speakers).
