The Brand and Communication Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive brand and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building and nurturing brand equity. **Key Responsibilities**: **Brand Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategic brand plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels. **Brand Identity Management**: Manage and uphold the company's brand identity, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice, to ensure alignment with brand values and positioning. **Content Creation and Management**: Create compelling and engaging content for various the brand message and resonates with the target audience. **Campaign Development**: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. **PR & Media Relations**:Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and amplify brand messaging through earned media channels. **Internal Communication**:Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company culture and values among employees. **Brand Performance Measurement**: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand and communication initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and senior leadership, to ensure brand initiatives are integrated and aligned with broader business goals. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
