Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the content and copywriting team, as well as the design team, ensuring cohesive and engaging content.

Oversee all PR activities related to content creation, including building relationships with external stakeholders, negotiating shoot locations, and collaborating with models and influencers.

Take charge of the art direction for all content, from photoshoots to video production, ensuring the final output aligns with the brand’s vision.

Collaborate closely with the marketing manager and other departments to conceptualize, plan, and execute creative campaigns.

Manage the production and execution of photoshoots, including pre-shoot planning, location scouting, shoot coordination, and post-shoot evaluation.

Ensure all content, from visuals to copy, is delivered within the timeline and budget.

Review and approve creative content to maintain high standards and consistency with the brand’s identity.

Provide constructive feedback to the team to push creative boundaries and elevate the quality of work.

Stay updated on current trends in fashion, social media, and content creation to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Maintain a high level of organization to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in leading a creative team, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.

Strong eye for design, photography, and art direction with a deep understanding of brand storytelling.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with external vendors and PR stakeholders.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Highly detail-oriented, with a passion for quality and consistency.

Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
