**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for development of the list of required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and their pertaining working documents (e.g. logbook, checklist etc.) for all Ammonia, Nitric Acid & Calcium Ammonium Nitrate process units and define priority ratings for them.
- Responsible for development, review and amendment of the mentioned SOPs and working documents in collaboration with Customer team.
- Responsible for development, review and provide recommendations for training identifications and condution of pre
- & post-training assessment of Customer
- Support Customer team in understanding the SOPs’ principle and contents by providing required training.
- Support Customer team in rolling out of the SOPs by supervising the team during the execution of the tasks.
- Support tkIS’ back office team in providing Customer team with technical supports by deep analysis of the problems and collect additional evidences as might be required.
- Review and evaluate operation performance, procedures, techniques & practices, equipment reliability if and when the need arises.
- Actively participate in the project progress review meetings and all other technical meetings either with tkIS or with Customer teams.
- Assist the IAM Manager in his daily tasks and interaction with Customer.
- Responsible for compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, standards, regulations and laws. This includes enforcing Customer QHSE policies in the Maintenance function and tkIS’ HSE policies.

**Your profile**:
Job Specification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering.
- 10+ years of hands-on operation experience in Process Industries, ideally in an Ammonia and Urea Fertilizer Plants.
- Ability to communicate in English and Egyptian Arabic, both speaking and writing skills, effectively and clearly.
- Ability to work with MS Offices software.
