- **Job Purpose**:
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of facility operations within their assigned section This includes ensuring optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and equipment while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations and maintenance activities for assigned facilities
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, engineers, and support staff
- Monitor performance of service contractors and vendors to ensure quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Oversee facility improvement and renovation projects
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance, safety audits, and operational KPIs
- Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure readiness of safety systems
- Liaise with internal departments and external authorities regarding facility requirements and compliance

**Job Skills and Abilities**:
**Skills**: Experience in managing sustainability and energy efficiency projects

Background in industrial or corporate facilities (adjust as relevant)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in facility management, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc
- )
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
