**Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of spreading the love of reading and making knowledge accessible to people worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will perform personnel administration tasks and ensure compliance with social insurance and labor laws.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling all personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as the Labor Office and the Social Insurance Authority, and building a strong relationship with them to facilitate work processes.
- Issuing any necessary documents and reports required from official authorities (Labor and Social Insurance Offices) to ensure company compliance with labor and social insurance laws related to all personnel matters.
- Maintain accurate records of working hours, tracking employees’ absences, and sending legal warnings accordingly, to ensure company compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive personnel records, ensuring our employee database is always up-to-date and accurate.
- Following up with employees' contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure that employees’ files are complete and accurate.
- Prepare monthly attendance and consolidation reports to facilitate payroll processing, including gathering data on overtime, absences, and leave management.
- Manage the personnel archiving process, ensuring all employee files are accurately completed and organized.
- Assist in employee investigations as necessary, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide assistance with various HR and administrative tasks as needed to enhance team operations.

**Qualifications and Work Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Law.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in personnel management, with a solid understanding of social insurance and labor offices.
- Proficient command of the English language.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- An HR diploma or certification is a plus.
