- Develop and maintain a robust salary structure that aligns with market trends, internal equity, and organizational goals.
- Conduct regular salary mapping exercises to ensure that compensation levels are competitive and fair across all job levels and functions.
- Implement salary ranges and guidelines to support consistent and equitable compensation decisions.
- Prepare and manage the compensation and benefits budget, ensuring that costs are aligned with organizational priorities and financial constraints.
- Monitor budget performance throughout the year and identify opportunities for cost savings or reallocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to control compensation costs while maintaining competitive market positioning.
- Conduct regular salary surveys to gather market data on compensation practices, industry benchmarks, and competitor offerings.
- Analyze survey results to identify compensation gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Use survey data to inform salary structure adjustments, merit increases, and incentive programs.
- Implement a job evaluation system to assess the relative value of different positions within the organization.
- Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels and ensure internal equity.
- Regularly review and update job descriptions to reflect changes in job responsibilities and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using compensation software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
