Receptionist / Administrative Coordinator

**Company Description**
- Sika in Egypt has over 160 full time experienced and dedicated employees with two state of the art fully equipped factories and laboratories serving target markets (Concrete, waterproofing, sealing & bonding, flooring, roofing, refurbishment, and industry).
- For the last 30 years, Sika has been a major part in most of Egypt’s national and private sector projects, supplying the construction and industry markets with the latest technologies in the field of specialty chemicals.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at Obour office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
**Qualifications**
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
**Additional Information**:
- Very Good command of English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- BSC degree from reputable faculty/ University
