**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents.
- Handle incoming calls and communications, responding on behalf of the executive when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Assist in project management and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
