Analyze requirements and design test cases based on business specifications, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Execute test cases, document results, and manage test documentation throughout the testing cycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects in a structured manner, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
- Participate in test planning sessions and provide input on testing strategies and methodologies.
- Engage in regression testing to confirm that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Provide feedback on software usability and user experience based on testing outcomes.
- Assist in the development and improvement of testing processes, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manual testing, specifically within the banking sector.
- Proficiency in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience in identifying, documenting, and managing defects effectively.
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of work.
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is a plus.
