**Job Description**:

- Maintain and develop on hands customers, ensure adhering to management policies and strategically move.
- Generate new profitable business, as per set details by his management.
- Control all sales activities/customer profiles with excellent collection follow-up.
- Proper handover of data to operations, and adhering to all SOP criteria.
- Understand P&L and the implications of the costs and the KPI indicators.
- Execution of all business plans for the department.
- Keep in contact with all industry, and company changes.
- Interface with operations in proper manners and professional handover.
- Ensure that clients are updated properly in a written manner.
- Make sure that reports should be sent to customers (if any) on Time as per their requests.
- Follow on all New & Retention Sales Calls.
- Procedure and Productivity Standards Adherence, as per quality set criteria.
- Self Development.
- All the above, but not limited to.

Qualifications:

- 1 year as a min related experience in the industry
- Ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures.
- Team player.
- Effective interpersonal high skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels, externally and internally with business code.
- English speaking and writing.
