**The Big Picture**

DigiSay is the largest MCN (Multi-Channel Network) in Egypt and the 3rd largest in the Middle East. Right now we are transforming ourselves into a digital media company (including: production, marketing, and distribution of digital media). Our overall objective is to become the biggest digital media company in the EMEA region.

We are seeking a skilled IT or network technician with basic skills in IT networking. You will be responsible for testing, configuring IT equipment, and creating testing reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure devices that require internet connectivity, including computers, switches, and Android devices.
- Utilize software tools like Wireshark to monitor and analyze network traffic.
- To be able to work in shifts.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, networking, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proficient in network traffic analysis techniques.
- Experience using Wireshark software for network traffic analysis.
- Good understanding of software installation processes, particularly on Android devices.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

**Other requirements**:

- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the company.
- Openness and readiness to relocate as necessary based on the company's requirements.
