**About the Role**

The Commercial Buyer willb be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to secure the best possible products and pricing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new and trending products in your assigned category, that align with our customer base and business goals.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price and reliability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
- Generate reports on supplier performance, pricing trends, and purchasing activity.
- Collaborate with data analysts to identify insights from purchasing data to inform future strategies.

**What will make you successful**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a commercial buyer or procurement role within e-commerce or retail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
