**Job Summary**:
The Property Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice to clients regarding property investments, sales, and rentals. They assist clients in making informed decisions by offering insights into the real estate market, property values, and investment opportunities in Egypt.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients to determine their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct research on the local real estate market, including current trends, property values, and potential investment opportunities.
- Prepare and manage property listings, ensuring they are attractive and accurate on various platforms.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and answering queries from potential buyers or renters.
- Negotiate sale or lease terms on behalf of clients with buyers, sellers, and rental agencies.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to local laws and regulations related to real estate.
- Assist clients with the preparation and processing of necessary documentation, including contracts, lease agreements, and titles.
- Build and maintain a network of real estate professionals, clients, and industry contacts to enhance business opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries throughout the property buying, selling, or renting process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and negotiating deals.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to guide clients appropriately.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining client relationships.

Pay: From E£10,000.00 per month
