About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to start or develop a career in the real estate industry. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the buying, selling, or renting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and open houses.
- Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including location, features, pricing, and market trends.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets and company objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base.
- Stay informed about local real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Presentable with a professional appearance.
- Good level of English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is a plus, but not required.
