**Service Engineer**:
**Mobility is the goal***:

- Hold responsibility for supervising the service fulfillment process done by the service technician and ensuring the necessary measures to fulfill the Existing Installation fulfillment targets.
- Manage the call-back / maintenance / repair workload of Service Technician in accordance with workload and company procedures.
- Supervise and control the tasks of repair, callback, and maintenance services.
- Be active part of the Service Technician development and certification journey.
- Ensure achievement of performance targets in line with safety and quality standards. Perform quality and safety walks according to the guidelines.
- Implement installation Existing Installation methods released by the Group.
- Resource planning, skill planning, and staff planning.
- Execute leadership to “Service Technician in matters of customer and employee satisfaction, adding value to the business, quality of work and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and follow-up on the work performed.
- In case of no Existing Installation Sales / Modernization Sales: single point of contact to the customer covering all principal activities of a EI Sales role / Modernization Sales.
- Interface with CPSI Inspectors ( Quality Inspectors ) to make sure unit is compliant and safe for operation.
- Ensure workforce has all relevant safety training and safety procedures are implemented in the field, with support of the Employee Safety lead.

- Top qualifications Engineering Mechanical, Electrical.

**Specific Training and Qualification**:

- Computer science at advanced level
- Advanced English
- Customer orientation
- Knowledge components elevator.
- Knowledge of management & organization.
- Leadership skills

**Experience Required**:
3+ years being employed in positions leading teams with commercial and operational targets.
