Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process customer orders, track shipments, and handle returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our engineering models and maquettes, including specifications, features, and benefits, to assist customers effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
- Training Participation: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or engineering-related field.
- Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Personal Attributes:

- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
