**About the Role**

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with merchants in the F&B, grocery, and/or pharmacy sectors. You will play a critical role in handling all their needs to drive significant revenue growth and expand our market presence.

This is an on-the-ground role where you will be expected to be in frequent contact with our merchant partners and to make frequent visits to their premises.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants, delivering excellent merchant experience.
- Act as the point of contact to merchants, handling all their needs.
- Suggest and implement actions to improve merchant performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Reviewing merchant feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to merchants in a timely manner.
- Set and track account management targets, aligned with company objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager
- Understanding of the F&B, grocery, and/or pharmacy sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
