- ** Documentation Management**: Ensuring all required documents are accurately processed and delivered to headquarters on a daily basis, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identifying areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the cards activation process.

**The Keys to Unlock This Vacancy Are**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in relevant role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to de-escalate situations with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
