- Leading and managing a team of Card Activation Agents, providing training, coaching, and feedback to optimize individual and team performance.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to achieve team goals.
- Resolving escalated customer issues and complaints related to card activation in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Preparing daily reports on team performance, customer interactions, and operational metrics.
- Ensuring all required documents are delivered to headquarter on a daily basis.

**The Keys to Unlock This Vacancy Are**:

- 3+ years of experience in relevant role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to de-escalate situations with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
