**If you are a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for managing and optimizing card activation processes, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Cards Activation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire cards activation process, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving activation targets. You will also be involved in opening new booths, hiring and training zone supervisors and agents, and monitoring their performance. Additionally, you will handle stock management, ensure compliance, and report any unusual behavior or complaints related to the activation process.**

- ** Booth Operations**:

- Oversee the opening of new activation booths to expand our outreach.
- Ensure booths are fully equipped and operational in a timely manner.
- ** Team Management**:

- Hire, train, and manage zone supervisors and agents to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Set KPIs and targets for agents and supervisors and monitor their progress.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- ** Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure the delivery of physical documents to the activation executive accurately and on time.
- Handle stock management in various branches, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Report any unusual behavior or activities to maintain a high level of compliance and integrity.
- ** Training and Development**:

- Conduct training sessions for agents and supervisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Keep the team updated with the latest procedures and compliance requirements.
- ** Customer Relations**:

- Investigate and resolve any complaints received related to agents or the activation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to secure new deals.
- ** Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on activation progress, team performance, and any incidents.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
