**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations, planning, or performance management.
- Familiarity with OKR and KPI frameworks and governance models.
- Experience supporting strategic planning processes and cross-functional alignment.
- Strong understanding of RACI frameworks and accountability structures.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Define, monitor, and report on OKRs and KPIs to track organizational performance.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks such as RACIs to clarify ownership and accountability.
- Support the design, facilitation, and tracking of strategic planning initiatives with stakeholders.
- Audit knowledge-sharing practices and enforce documentation standards across teams.
- Provide reporting, dashboards, and insights to leadership to guide planning and execution.
- Contribute to performance improvement projects by identifying risks and surfacing opportunities.
