Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Finance Manager
to lead and develop the financial function across the group. This role is critical in building robust financial systems, enhancing reporting and governance, and acting as a strategic partner to senior management in decision-making and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical finance expertise with leadership, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with group objectives.
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Support investment readiness, financial restructuring, and growth initiatives.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
  • Manage monthly and annual financial closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.

Systems & Process Development

  • Build and enhance financial and accounting systems across multiple entities.
  • Lead ERP implementation and optimization (preferably
    Odoo
    ).
  • Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting and finance team, including Accounting Managers.
  • Ensure clear role definitions, performance management, and continuous team development.

Compliance & Taxation

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal financial requirements.
  • Oversee tax matters and coordination with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Tools & Systems

  • ERP Systems:
    Odoo (preferred), SAP, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Advanced Excel, financial modeling, dashboards
  • Accounting Standards:
    IFRS / local GAAP
  • Financial Areas:
    Budgeting, Cash Flow, Forecasting, Group Reporting

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in finance and accounting, including
    3+ years as a Finance Manager
    .
  • Proven experience within
    holding or multi-entity group structures
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
  • Solid background in financial reporting, monthly closings, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
