**Risk Management**:

Proactively monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans accordingly.

Ensure that all project risks are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Initiate efforts to improve project management processes and tools, incorporating lessons learned from previous projects.

Conduct retrospective workshops and integrate feedback to enhance future project delivery.

Champion an Agile mindset and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project team.

**Project Governance and Compliance**:
Ensure all projects adhere to Sprints' Project Management & Delivery governance standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including standardized artifacts and reports.

Ensure that all projects are completed with thorough closing activities, and that benefits are tracked or realized as per project goals.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Professional Project Management experience
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the developmental sector or the L&D (Learning & Development) field.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget
- Excellent client-facing with Customer Centricity attitude
- PMP certification or any equivalent is a plus
- Agile Mindset & Framework understanding is a plus
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in English, fluency is a must
