As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the launch of a product or service into the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute activities to ensure a successful market entry strategy is implemented.

**In this role, you will**:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment with business objectives;
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
- Lead end-to-end execution of product launches, coordinating activities across departments to meet launch timelines;
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project plan;
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
- Work with the product team collaboratively on the roadmap, being the main stakeholder from Egypt’s team;
- Implement go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and market penetration;
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, competitive landscape, and target audience;
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform go-to-market strategies;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather insights and align on go-to-market strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a similar role with proven experience in project management and go-to-market roles**.**:

- Strong understanding of product life cycle, marketing strategies, and sales processes;
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research;
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio;
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software;
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Agile and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision;
- Creative, innovative and easily adapts to changes
