You fully contribute to the delivery of the route-to-market team's KPIs and annual objectives and drive the national account strategy at a local level in outlets such as cash and carry, multi-site and other selected food service customers.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Build, develop and sell specific channel propositions for the existing product range and identify opportunities for future growth.
- Build focused joint business plans with customers and drive implementation to deliver targets.
- Support strategy delivery based on market, category, route-to-market and consumer insight.
- Actively represent the channel with internal stakeholders and collaborate cross functionally.
- Support channel team with appropriate volume/revenue forecasts in line with Mondelēz International policies and processes.

**What you need to know about this position**:
- Support and participate in all RTM Management & Executions as well as Managing & Delivering Key Growth/efficiency projects.
- Participate in Defining RTM strategy and executing our transformation agenda to deliver best-in-class channel growth, productivity and sustainability.
- Manage the execution of RTM (route-to-market) plans that will step up our sales efficiency and effectiveness, improve sales route planning and deliver on our Right Store strategies.
- Own our Right Store strategy and plan by defining the optimum point of the highly complex route-to-market parameters like distributors, sales representatives, stores, route frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly visiting cycles), new region, distributor and sales territories.
- Fully contribute to the delivery of the RTM team's KPIs, plans and annual objectives by leveraging insights from data analysis
- Build excellent Perfect Store audit mechanisms as a major part of SIP (sales team incentive program).

Bachelor's Degree in Business
