**The Role**:
**Route to Market and Indirect Channel Excellence Executive**
**Accountabilities**
- Fully support DICE (Delivering Indirect Channel Excellence) and Sales 1st processes and behaviors by shadowing all Go-Forward Distributors and attending their annual and quarterly Business Plan review sessions and develop monthly performance reviews and the daily morning meetings contents.
- Development and Coaching distributors’ Sales, marketing and technical teams on Indirect Channel Excellence implementation process and tools.
- Run trainings on sales, negotiation, customer service excellence, products awareness,
- Analyze Distribution performance to support the decision making of strategic RTM initiatives driven by real-time data coming from the SFA (sales force automation)
- Support in setting the necessary KPIs to maximize the distributors productivity and performance measures, as well as tracking the actual performance Vs KPIs.
- Support in Setting and alignment and implementation of CPT (coverage, penetration, throughput) targets and programs jointly developed with ICE lead, B2Ci business manager and Indirect channel Marketing manager

**Other Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 4 years’ sales or marketing experience in indirect channel preferably in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) using SFA (sales force automation)
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train Sales on Distributor environment.
- Strong business sense with good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Demonstrable competence in implementing standard processes, achieving sales targets and building relationships.
- Demonstration of the Shell Mindset and Behaviors (Leadership framework: Learner mindset, Maximize performance, Engage and Inspire)
- Proven experience in influencing capabilities and solid relationship skills
- B2B business knowledge/experience will be a plus.
