**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Managing and overseeing the Marketing Department.
- Serving as the lead point of contact for all Marketing matters both internally and externally.
- Establish project scope, marketing plan, business strategy and budget based on account requirements.
- Manage execution of marketing projects in line with resources and budget objectives.
- Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up with the latest marketing techniques.
- Participate in all internal and external marketing meetings and attend relevant industry events, training workshops and trade-shows.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and meet the departmental deadlines.
- Ensure that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the client or company.
- Collaborate with business development, sales, and marketing team to create a uniform message and provide required marketing material.
- Responsible for measuring the success of all marketing activities, promotions and campaigns, and producing performance reports for all key stakeholders
- Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market.
- Define key messages and brand voice for external communications and collaborate with the team to create a uniform message.
- Overlooking photoshoot, video shoot and any production in collaboration with the creative team.
- Assisting clients by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner as well as troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.
- Revise content and presentations, filter ideas, provide feedback to the team and monitor results of team efforts to propose actions for the future.
- Reviewing, overseeing, and filtering marketing materials before reaching external audience and following the status of such.
- Liaise and coordinate with Graphic Design Team and the Head of Design, ensuring the artwork are compliant with brand message, strategy and communication plan.
- Brainstorming details for projects and promotions and organizing events as a part of specific campaigns in collaboration to the designing team
- Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists
- Participate in the hiring process, of new Marketing colleagues, train and supervise.
- Write compelling content for print, web, product packaging, advertising, and marketing materials

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- At least 2 years in real estate and/or Construction
- Fit-out industry.
- Bachelor in business development or similar.
- Strong understanding of real estate, engineering and interior design industries.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Flexibility and a professional approach.
- Highest standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communicator, Arabic and English.
- Excellent presentation skills.

**Salary**: E£1.00 - E£3.00 per month
