Sales Operations Intern

A Day in the Life

In this role your main responsibilities will be:

- Working with teams operating within a service group, or product group and/ or project group
- Assisting with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of projects
- Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting and internal communication services with team members
- Investigating and communicating potential opportunities for process improvement as well as potential project initiatives
- Working with different departments including sales, marketing and business development to develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes

Scope of this internship:

- Supply management:

- managing back orders
- following up on supply issues and finding replacements
- coordinating allocation and shipment process and logistics across organization
- monitoring availability of the products
- Kit management and coordination:

- creation in the system
- updating price in Vendavo
- cooperation with CC, Pricing, VAT and Tender departments
- Process gaps identification and solution finding
- Project management
- Consignments stocks coordination
- Inventory management
- Demand Forecast and Sales Data Analytics
- Planning, execution to revenue & PO creation
- Collaboration across organization with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Transportation Teams.

Must Haves
- Fluent English (preferred at least C1)
- Recently graduated or in the last year of studies bachelor’s or master’s of Economy, Business, Programming, IT, Engineering
- Analytical, logical mindset
- Based in Johannesburg or Cairo

Nice to Haves
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
