**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Specialist at ELECTRIC CHARGE COMPANY located in Cairo, Egypt. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for social media accounts, content creation, digital marketing, and communication activities to enhance the company's online presence and engagement.

duties:

- Sharing and publishing content in all its forms, whether texts, images or videos
- Managing, planning and organizing social media strategies
- Mastering search engine optimization
- Using social media marketing methods
- Publishing content on all social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, LinkedIn and others
- Understanding and reading key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Data analysis
- Developing specific marketing plans for a specific period aimed at achieving a specific goal
- Staying in constant communication and cooperation with the company's various departments
- Supervising and monitoring the content published on social media sites
- Measuring and estimating the success of the campaigns that the company runs through social media platforms
- Continuously keeping up with the latest developments and updates that social media sites and technology reach
- Communicating and interacting directly with customers and social media pioneers, responding to their inquiries and interacting with them on comments
- Working to increase the number of followers and increase the rate of interaction between them
- Solving technical problems that users face while browsing the company's social media sites
- Continuous research to identify and track competing companies
- Working to produce attractive content full of useful information
- Creating a strong communication network with Influencers on various social media sites

**Qualifications**
- Strong social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
- Strong digital Marketing and Marketing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in managing social media accounts
- Knowledge of social media analytics and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- having graphic designing skills is an add.
- Salary will be decided based on experience during interview if accepted.

**Experience**:

- Social media moderation: 3 years (required)
