Identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and lean thinking.
- Leading the internal audits
- Monitor and track focused improvement projects.
- Support & prepare SC Daily direction setting meeting
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of the factory to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Develop and support data capture and data management processes for core systems (KPI’s Dashboard)
- Maintain weekly/monthly status reports to key stakeholders tracking the status of the improvement projects.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and, quality management.
- Ensures clear communication of change and the reasons behind the change.
- Positively and confidently communicates changes to employees and provides support to ensure smooth implementation of those changes.
- Uses an extensive range of persuasion and influencing techniques.
- Define and monitor the non - value added expenses within the Supply Chain Variable cost in order to eliminate losses, through analysing the conversion cost elements (casual labour, Energy consumption, Flour & packaging material losses)
- Support the waste elimination projects with the relevant area owners in order to eliminate losses and monitor the cost saving projects' implementation with monthly reporting to ensure target is fully achieved.
- Reporting RM & Packaging Losses against BOM on monthly basis, monitor action plans developed to offset hits
- Breaks problems or processes into component parts to help identify a range of solutions using lean methodologies.
- Support in all SME training sessions.
- Support in RCA tools training sessions and guidance
- Implement all the visualization activities across the BU.
- Deploy and audit all the AM activities.
- Update and report the improvements budget to achieve the company goals.
- Contribute to the preparation of the Supply Chain budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
- Monitor the budget/ Spending vs Business Plan

**Academic and professional qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Preferably to hold Lean / Six Sigma certificate.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years Manufacturing experience preferably 1 year in relevant position.
