**ROLE SUMMARY**
The position is mainly responsible for the efficient and effective management of operations for West Region malls, including malls standards and presentation, cleaning, customer touchpoints, landscape, security, pest control, engineering and facilities. Also, to maintain the quality controls to ensure that the malls are kept up to the highest standards and to deliver a world-class customer experience in line with the overall business and financial objectives in a consistent and effective manner

**ROLE PROFILE**
- Plan And Manage The Malls’ Opex Annual Budgets, Monitoring Performance And Developing The Appropriate Action Plans To Generate Savings, Correct Variances, Based On Reports And Analytics, In Coordination With Coe, Mall Management And Operations Teams.
- Acting As A Regional Centre Of Excellence, Implementing Consistent Operational Policies/Procedures And Standards In The Malls.
- Manage Soft Facilities Service Providers’ Contracts, Performance & Kpis, Including Cleaning, Landscape, Pest Control And Waste Management, To Ensure Maximum Efficiencies And Consistency In Delivery Across All Malls In The Region
- Identify Operational Hard Facilities Critical Issues, Impacting Standards / Customer Journey And Liaise With Wr Facility Manager To Solve It.
- Manage Secondary Contracts For External Mall Amenities, Signage And Furniture, Shopper Track, Cctv, Icetana, Parking Systems, Third Parties, Direct Suppliers Etc
- Enforce Duty Management Role On The Floor For Every Shift And Review Duty Management Checklists On Weekly Basis To Agree Any Required Actions, In Coordination With Operations Lead In The Malls
- Monitor Nps And Ensure That The Malls’ Scores Are Improving, Highlighting Gaps And Ensuring That Areas Of Detraction Are Corrected And Resolved.
- Overlook Storage Rentals And Revenue As Applicable In The Mall And Ensure Maximizing On Revenue And Occupancy, In Coordination With Mall Management And Malls’ Operation Teams

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 8+ Years Of Experience In Similar Role In Real Estate Or Property Management Or Facilty Management
- Bachelor'S Degree In Any Relevant Field, Engineering Is A Plus
- Excellent Communication Skills, Analytical Mindset And Stakeholder Management Skills
- Soft Services Experience Is A Must
