Position Summary

He/she will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned Modern Trade key accounts to maximize sales, market share, and profitability. He/she shall develop and execute strategic plans, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned modern trade key accounts (OR).
- Regularly assess accounts' performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategic plans for each key account to achieve sales targets and margins.
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Monitor market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to evaluate accounts' performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders, highlighting sales performance, market insights, and account activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- From 6-8 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of modern trade channels and retail operations is preferred.
