**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- You will perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all Siemens healthcare products within his/her area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision
- You will be communicating and accept all operative requests from the Customer Care Center.
- You will escalate incidents according to the defined parameters
- You will ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment
- You will comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare
- You will maintain highest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services

**Requirements**:

- Bio-Medical/ Electronic/ Telecommunication engineering degree from reputable university/ college (Alexandria, Mansura, Cairo Univ., Ein-Shams)
- Fresh graduate or work experience within a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and quality focus
- Fluent level in English and Arabic
