**About the role**

You will work on developing Paxera Medical imaging products for healthcare. (E.g., PACS, VNA, Medical Desktop, Web Image Viewer, DICOM servers, image visualization, and processing software).

**Responsibilities**
- Development of advanced image processing algorithms according to specific clinical needs.
- The ability to analyse the imaging system in detail for the selection or development of appropriate algorithms will be highly valued.
- Pre-processing algorithms correct medical image data prior to visualisation.
- Responsible for the realization and verification of medical image processing algorithms, including but not limited to segmentation, registration, 3D visualization, etc.
- Development of advanced visualization medical workstations.
- Organize analysis results and write related technical documents.

**Requirements**:

- BC.S in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- +4 years of experience in a medical software company (healthcare IT).
- Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
- Hands-on programming with C#.Net or C++.
- Experience in image processing and analysis.
- Familiar with DICOM standard and DICOM open-source library (dcmtk, etc.)
- Preferred experience in using one or more open-source image libraries, such as OpenCV, ITK/VTK, etc.
- Experience leading or participating in medical image processing software development projects is preferred.
- Must be capable of consuming and understanding the existing code base.
- Be challenged by obstacles and have good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced interactive development environment.
