**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking to hire a** **Head of Bid Management** **for one of our partners, a multinational financial services company.

**Summary**:
Head of Bid Management will be responsible for Coordinating all Bid Management functions

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide the sales team with sales proposals as per the client requirements.
- Handle all proposing procedures until the final proposal is signed off by the client.
- Coordinate the sales proposal internally to ensure its proper handover with the project management team.
- Direct and manage Sales Support team to efficiently support the sales and regional directors
- Manage multi-region opportunities by providing support to facilitate opportunity conversion.
- Manage Sales Force System and provide support for sales, and BDM’s and RD’s.
- Ensure the organization has the adequate skill sets and resources to provide exceptional support for the sales and RD’s and BDM’s
- Build and maintain a collaborative environment by emphasizing teamwork.
- Provide accountability for the team; coach; and develop the staff.
- Complete performance reviews and create Professional Development Plans for each member of your team.
- Responsible for creation and price set ups for new proposals
- Adhere to all internal control & governance and compliance standards and policies
- Adhere to Discount authorities
- Own and manage all the RFP/PFI/RFQ
- Responsible for creating Weekly, Monthly and Quarter reports.
- All kind of support from (Presentation/ Reports/ PowerPointsetc).
- Performs other related duties as requested by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree from a recognized university.
- 6+ years of experience in related fields
- Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) or equivalent to Upper Intermediate level.
- Proficiency using Microsoft suite.
